Havana Kitchen is famous for its signature Cuban Flan, however,
very soon you will be able to enjoy a broad range of delicious
Cuban food products from our family kitchen. Here is a sampling
of some of the packaged dishes that will soon be available:
- Platano Maduros - Sliced sweet plantain bananas fried to a golden brown
- Frijoles Negros - Cuban black beans (vegetarian) simmered in a sofrito of onions, bell peppers, garlic, wine, olive oil and Cuban spices
- Frijoles Colorados - Cuban red kidney beans sauteed then simmered in a sofrito sauce of ham, garlic, onions, tomato sauce, wine, roasted red peppers and Cuban spices
- Empanadas de Carne - Mixture of savory ground beef seasoned with Cuban spices, olives, bell peppers and onions stuffed in a delicious dough and lightly fried to a golden, flakey crust
- Mojo - Cuban mojo sauce for marinating and dipping; made with olive oil, onions, garlic, oregano, lemon and orange juice
